By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of the Service
AlgoFX provides automated trading solutions and infrastructure that allow users to connect their personal brokerage accounts to third-party trade execution systems.
AlgoFX:
Does not execute trades directly
Does not act as a broker
Does not hold or manage client funds
Does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
All trade execution is performed through third-party services, including but not limited to:
Broker platforms
Copy trading systems (e.g., MetaCopier)
By using AlgoFX, you acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for connecting your own accounts
All trading activity occurs outside of AlgoFX’s direct control
3. Third-Party Services
AlgoFX relies on third-party providers, including:
Brokerage firms
Trade copying software (e.g., MetaCopier)
External onboarding systems (e.g., Telegram)
AlgoFX:
Has no control over these third parties
Is not responsible for their performance, uptime, execution, or errors
Does not guarantee trade execution accuracy or timing
Any issues related to:
Trade execution
Slippage
Platform downtime
Broker performance
are entirely the responsibility of the respective third-party provider.
4. Eligibility
By using AlgoFX, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You understand the risks associated with trading
5. Account & Onboarding
Users may be onboarded through AlgoFX systems, including Telegram-based onboarding tools.
We may collect limited information such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Telegram ID
Important:
AlgoFX does NOT store trading platform login credentials (e.g., MT5 passwords)
Users connect their accounts at their own discretion
You are solely responsible for:
The security of your accounts
Any access you grant to third-party tools
6. No Financial Advice
All services provided by AlgoFX are strictly informational and technical in nature.
AlgoFX does not:
Provide investment advice
Offer portfolio management
Recommend trades
Act as a financial advisor
Any trading decisions made through connected systems are completely your own responsibility
7. Risk Disclosure & Liability
Trading involves significant risk.
By using AlgoFX, you acknowledge that:
Losses can exceed expectations
Past performance is not indicative of future results
Market conditions can change rapidly
AlgoFX shall NOT be held liable for:
Any financial losses
Trading losses
Missed profits
Execution errors
Slippage
System delays
Downtime
Third-party failures
Under no circumstances shall AlgoFX be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You use AlgoFX entirely at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
AlgoFX does not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Uninterrupted service
We reserve the right to:
Modify
Suspend
Discontinue
any part of the service at any time without notice.
9. Pricing
Currently, AlgoFX is offered free of charge.
However, AlgoFX reserves the right to introduce:
Subscription fees
Performance-based fees
Paid features
at any time in the future.
10. Termination
AlgoFX reserves the right to terminate or restrict access at any time, including if:
A user remains inactive for an extended period
The account balance is zero
The service is misused
Termination may occur without prior notice
11. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Share or redistribute signals
Resell or commercialize the service
Reverse engineer the algorithm or strategy
Attempt to replicate the system
Abuse or exploit the platform
Violation may result in immediate termination of access
12. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and algorithms used by AlgoFX are the exclusive property of AlgoFX, including:
Trading strategies
Algorithms
Branding
Website content
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Distribute
Modify
any part of the service without explicit permission.
13. Data & Privacy
AlgoFX collects only limited user data necessary for onboarding and communication.
We:
Do not store trading credentials
Do not access your broker account directly
Treat user data as confidential
However, you acknowledge that:
Third-party services may handle your data independently
14. No Guarantees
AlgoFX makes no guarantees regarding:
Profitability
Performance
Trade outcomes
All results shown (if any) are for informational purposes only
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AlgoFX shall not be liable for any:
Loss of funds
Trading losses
Data loss
System failures
Third-party issues
Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoFX from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the service
Your trading activity
Your violation of these Terms
17. Changes to Terms
AlgoFX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms
